Shipping Orders
Delivery fees are R120 for orders under R700 and free for orders over R700.
When placing orders online, ensure the correct delivery address is added to avoid any unnecessary delays in receiving your order.
All orders need to be paid in full before they are dispatched. The couriers will not accept any cash or payment.
Once your order is received and processed, it will be dispatched with the next courier collection. If there is an issue with the order you will be contacted by the sales team.
Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive your order. Deliveries are made during standard business hours, and a signature may be required upon receipt. If for any reason there is a problem, kindly inform us timeously, to alert the courier of any changes.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure someone is available to accept the delivery. If no one is available at the time of delivery and the order is returned or delayed as a result, the company will not be held liable.
We do not accept any liability for delayed delivery / loss / damage of the item/s caused by any third party.
Communication will be sent notifying you that the parcel has been shipped, along with the tracking number of the order.
Please note - couriers do not deliver during weekends and public holidays.
Damaged Shipment
Once you have received your goods, please check thoroughly against invoice.
If an item is received and it is either damaged or faulty or an item has not been received at all, please contact us within 48 hours - No claims can be accepted after this period.
If after investigating the error, we find we are at fault, we will correct the problem at no extra cost to you.
